- Our products are not afraid of rain and snow.
- If the product has been exposed to rain or snow, you need to blot / wipe it with a paper towel or dry cloth and dry it flat.
- The main rule: do not leave the product wet, it may stain.
- For better preservation and durability, the fabric of the bag can be treated with a moisture-repellent textile spray (in accordance with its instructions on the package).
- Store the bag folded in a special storage bag (included with the products). It should lie horizontally to avoid the appearance of creases on the fabric.
- Once a month it is recommended to comb the bag with a soft brush (especially the handles of the tote), remove dust and lint with a sticky roller.
Worldwide delivery is carried out using postal services or DHL. The waiting time for delivery of your goods can be from 5 to 30 days, depending on the destination.
